Privacy notice: quote and demo requests

1Data controller

Netronus (“we”) processes your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Contact: destek@netronus.com.

2Data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, business email address, phone number (optional).
• Professional: organisation, job title, sector, city and country.
• Request details: product line, modules, approximate scale, deployment preference, timeline, current tools, your message and preferred demo slot.
• Security records: time of submission, a shortened IP address (last part removed), a keyed hash of the IP address and a shortened browser identifier.
• Marketing consent: whether and when you agreed to receive commercial electronic messages.

3Purposes

• Evaluating your request, preparing a quote or planning a demo and contacting you about it.
• Carrying out the steps that precede a possible contract.
• Preventing spam and abuse of the form and keeping our systems secure.
• Only if you opt in: sending news and product updates by email.

4Legal grounds

Processing is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing our services (Art. 5(2)(f)). Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent under Law No. 6563; you can withdraw it at any time.

5How the data is collected

Electronically and partly automatically, through the form on this website. The form uses no third-party scripts, trackers or captcha services.

6Recipients and transfers

Your data is accessible only to authorised Netronus staff handling sales and support. It is stored on the servers of the hosting provider that runs this website and, once email notifications are enabled, passes through our email service provider. Where these servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

7Retention

Requests that are closed are anonymised 24 months after closing; requests that are not updated for 24 months are anonymised as well. Requests identified as spam are deleted after 90 days. Email copies in our sending queue are deleted after 90 days. Your marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

8Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that recipients be notified of such changes, object to a result against you that arises exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to destek@netronus.com stating your name and the reference number of your request if you have one. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
